Along the Le Hong Phong, intersect with Phan Dinh Giot street, near the Dak Lak museum, there are a lot of famous restaurants serve this food. Red noodle is only available in Dak Lak, hardly find anywhere.

Different from the other kind of noodles, the vermicelli has the bigger size and is made from rice and cashew to bring the natural red. The pork bone and crab is boiled during many hours to make the broth be rich and fresh in its favor. Ca Te is a famous restaurant specialized in highland cuisine in Dak Lak. The featured dishes such as frog stewed with “ca dang”, chicken and bamboo shoot hot pot, grilled boar, beef dipped tamarind, stir-fry wild vegetables.

*** “ca dang” is a family of eggplant, shaped in a small globular, around 3 centimeters of diameter, more bitter than eggplant. “Ca dang” is the popular food in every meal of E-de people.

NGO QUYEN CHICKEN RICE NO.52 RESTAURANT
