THE BEST TIME TO VISIT PHU YEN PROVINCE
Phu Yen province climate is affected by ocean and hot and humid monsoon, so it usually rains from September to December, sometimes including storm and flood.
The dry season lasts from January to August and the average temperature is 28 degrees Celsius. It is rather hot in these days, but definitely you won’t feel uncomfortable because of no traffic jam, no high building, and many trees here.
My advice is visiting Phu Yen Province on January or February. At this time, the weather is warm, pleasant and sometimes breezy. There are also more cultural festivals than normal.
